Mexican Bamboo Palm 250mm (Chamaedorea microspadix)

A less well known species of the genus, it is similar to the Bamboo Palm but with a slightly silvery grey appearance to the foliage.  The plants also have bamboo like stems which grow to a height of approximately 3 meters. Mexican Bamboo Palms suit a wide range of areas including indoor low light areas, patio specimens in pots or under story plantings in the garden.
Mexican Bamboo Palms also produce non-invasive basil suckers which give a beautiful screening effect for privacy without becoming a nuisance in the garden.  A very hardy and attractive plant in all respects.
